The majority of our repeat prescriptions are issued via our computer. Please use the tear off slip on the right hand side of your previous prescription and return to the surgery, only ticking the items you require on the form.
Requests for repeat prescriptions can only be made:
- in person
- by post
- or Online using the form below
We DO NOT accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
If you want the prescription to be posted back to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. A courier service is also provided by Boots, Hemensley’s, Kinrade’s, Lloyds Pharmacies, Clear and Karsons.
Please allow 48 hours plus any postal delay between ordering and either collecting or receiving your prescription.
Plan ahead so that you do not run out of tablets, especially over weekends or bank holidays. Take unwanted medication back to the Pharmacy. If you have stopped a treatment but it is still on your list, please let us know.
