Emailing prescription requests

Please note, that with effect from Monday 27th August 2018, prescriptions will no longer be accepted via email.
In future you will either have to:
1. Apply for “Patient Access”, this allows you to order prescriptions, book/cancel appointments, view results etc via your mobile device or computer. This can be requested at the surgery, we will need to see some photographic ID and can be done whilst you wait.
2. Go onto the Finch Hill website (www.finchhill.im) and request via “prescriptions” tab.
3. Ask your pharmacist to order the items for you.
4. Come into the surgery in person or post a request.
